A World of Musical Magic Awaits! Corvallis-OSU Piano International Presents Free Family Concert of "Peter & The Wolf" with Live Piano and Narration

Bring the whole family and step into a world where music tells a story! Corvallis-OSU Piano International invites children and families to a free family concert featuring Sergei Prokofiev’s beloved classic, "Peter & The Wolf", on Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library.

Meet brave Peter, the little bird, the duck, the cat, the grandfather, the hunters, and the wolf as each character comes to life through its own distinctive musical theme. Filled with imagination, adventure, and the magic of classical music, this engaging performance offers young listeners a wonderful introduction to the art of musical storytelling.

The concert is part of Corvallis-OSU Piano International’s community outreach efforts to bring piano and classical music to audiences of all ages. Through its People and Pianos events at the public library, the nonprofit organization has welcomed community pianists, young performers, and families to enjoy music together and discover the joy of live performance.
