- ➤ Marys River Grange No. 685 earned 501(c)(3) status to fund a planned $50,000 kitchen remodel and other improvements to its historic hall. With grants and donations received, the group will begin renovations this summer and aims to boost community programs. Philomath News

- ➤ Philomath School Board will meet Thursday at 7 p.m. in the high school community conference room to vote on district objectives, a revised Education Service District plan, graduation policy, and a budget calendar — citizens can also address the board during a public comment period.
