  • The Philomath School District may lose over $1 million in state funds if the Oregon Legislature cuts the Local Option Levy Equalization Grant, officials said at Thursday’s board meeting. District leaders warned that the funding shortfall could force cuts to school days & other services as talks with lawmakers continue.  Philomath News

  • Philomath’s girls wrestling team edged Corvallis by a half-point on Thursday (Jan. 8) at Philomath HS. Sophomore Sarah Robertson led the win by pinning her opponent and, along with teammates Rielly Ellingsen and Makinzy Harrington, helped secure the team title.  Philomath News
