- ➤ OSU scientists studied coastal martens in 2022 using hair snares and remote cameras over a 150‑sq‑mile area—finding 46 martens in varied forest spots. Their research will guide conservation on lands managed by the Forest Service, Yurok Tribe, and Green Diamond. The Corvallis Advocate
