Good morning, Corvallis.

School board members have urged local businesses not to host signature events for a recall petition organized by Save Corvallis Schools; some, like Starbucks at 9th Street and Linden, will allow events if customers remain non-soliciting + others have canceled them after customer concerns.

The 25th Festivus Disc Golf Tournament took place at Adair County Park last month, marking 25 years of winter play — repeat champion Colin Sexton won by one stroke while 13-year-old Jude Sweeny earned his first MPO win.

Organizers say the event highlights local passion and volunteer support.
