- ➤ The Philomath School Board voted Monday night to choose First Student Inc. as its new transportation provider, ending a 15-year relationship with Mid Columbia Bus Co. and starting a 5-year contract (starting July 1) before the 2026-27 school year; families will get route details during student registration.
