- ➤ Benton County Sheriff’s Office reported on April 3 — a 43-year-old man from Philomath was cited for his goats running onto a neighbor’s property, April 4 — a 46-year-old man from Albany was arrested during a traffic stop on Highway 20 for warrant issues, and April 11 — an attempted burglary at a bus lot west of Philomath was foiled when an alarm likely scared the suspect away.
