The Philomath High School Class of 2005 will host its 20-year reunion events on Friday and Saturday, July 12 and 13, with a dance at Yew Wood Corral on July 12 (9:30 p.m. to midnight) and a potluck at MLK Jr. Park on July 13 (11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) as organizers request RSVPs by July 8 with attendee numbers and burger preferences.

Developer Scott Lepman submitted an application to finish his planned 175-space RV park in Philomath in five phases; the first phase, which has a reception building and one space, has already started.

Brian Lucas, a longtime track assistant at Philomath High, received an Oregon Athletic Coaches Association award today after the Warriors won a state title at Hayward Field.
