  • Philomath High won 10—9 over Junction City on June 29 at Terry Stephenson Field when back-to-back one-out singles in the bottom of the seventh gave the team the walk-off win in the third-place game of the Les and Bob’s Tournament.   • Les and Bob’s lost a 4-1 baseball game at Philomath High on Saturday, June 28th as the Columbia Gorge Hustlers 17-and-under team scored three runs in the third inning —with sophomore pitcher Landon Pratt striking out 17 batters in a complete game— and the home team managed only one run in the first inning.  Philomath News
