- ➤ On June 24, police responded to a report at the 500 block of South 13th Street when a woman was run over by a lifted pickup truck backing up in a lot—she suffered 10 broken ribs, two vertebral fractures, a partially torn carotid artery and severe ear trauma and was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis.
