- ➤ At Saturday’s Harrier Classic at Bryant Park in Albany, Philomath runner Cassidy Smart set a personal record by finishing sixth in the 5K with a time of 18:51.18 and senior Leo Pausch broke the 16-minute barrier to finish ninth in the boys race—while coach Joe Fulton said junior Lucy Thomas’s fifth finish in the junior varsity race gave key support to the varsity girls team.
