  • The Mount Union Cemetery Association will hold its annual meeting at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15 at Philomath Community Library—board chair Janet Cornelius said the event is open to the public and will last about 90 minutes.  Philomath News

EDUCATION NEWS

  • Philomath School Board will meet Thursday with an executive session starting at 5:30 p.m. at Philomath High School’s Community Conference Room to review Clemens Pool updates, a bias incident report, a strategic plan, and several votes — citizens may speak during a public comment period as the meeting is streamed online.  Philomath News

SPORTS NEWS

  • Philomath High senior Rocco De La Rosa earned Special District 3 Offensive Player of the Year honors after scoring four touchdowns, gaining 305 all-purpose yards and finishing with 39 receptions for 629 yards and 11 touchdowns against Sweet Home - he helped lead a team that earned nine all-conference honors at 14 positions.  Philomath News
