- ➤ Oregonians have just over a month to claim federal home energy tax credits that lower the cost for new efficient heating, cooling, insulation, windows, and solar panel installations — projects must be completed by Dec. 31. - ➤ ODOT has extended the online open house for the U.S. 20 Corvallis to Albany shared use path through Dec. 2 so locals can share feedback on making the route safer for walking, biking, and rolling.
