- ➤ Redfin data shows that the three-month average median house price in Corvallis was $560,833 in early 2026, up 4.0% from last year and 15.2% higher than in 2022; nationwide, prices increased by 9.3%. Philomath News

- ➤ Philomath High’s softball team lost 16-0 to Sweet Home on Thursday, Apr. 30 at Warrior Field (Philomath HS) when the game was stopped after three innings due to the 15-run rule. The Warriors, missing key pitcher Hailey Smith, managed only two hits in the contest. Philomath News
