The Wrap

Corvallis to the Oregon coast used to mean getting in a car. Now you can go on foot or by bike on the Corvallis-to-Sea Trail, a 60-mile route through a city park, a rain forest, a small town, private forests and forest service land. It can be a multi-day backpacking trip or a two-day mountain bike trek. Sandy toes await.

Over 2,000 Mayoral Race Overvotes, Benton County Officials Go Quiet, on The Corvallis Advocate

We imagine there is a good explanation. On election night we reported that the Corvallis mayoral race had drawn 1,703 overvotes, that the number had come from Benton County, and we promised we would track down what that meant.
